This is Part 1 of Nate Smith and his band Kinfolk's performance at Berklee for the Armand Zildjian Artist in Residence Program. This week-long program consists of clinics and masterclasses for Berklee Percussion students and ends with a concert at the Berklee Performance Center. Recorded and mixed from Studio BPC.
Nana Ouyang
Nana Ouyang (欧阳娜娜) and Mike Block, faculty in Berklee's String Department, perform a cello duet of "Smooth Criminal" at the Berklee Performance Center. They performed at the Nana Ouyang 10-Year Anniversary Concert, for which tickets sold out within 20 minutes. This was also Ouyang's first full concert in the United States. Search Party
Search Party is an 8-piece group with an extensive song-list ranging from classic Motown to modern Top 40 hits. The band boasts 2 diverse vocalists and recently won Wedding Wire's Couple's Choice Award. Provided live sound reinforcement, audio recording, and video capture as an audio engineer and camera operator for Keep The Edge in Quincy, MA.
